Deco Multi Performance Bleach 400g

A blue powder bleach which is a very versatile bleaching powder, suitable for all bleaching techniques. Its special formula and the quality of the raw materials stop it from swelling and leaking out of the foils. The creamy texture adheres perfectly to the hair and bleaches it evenly. Complex oil & Keratin: protection and nourishment for hair when bleaching. Rice starch: softening effect for soft hair.
