The blade has extra width which provides the flat angle required for a razor sharp edge while the counter weight in balance makes light work of constant chopping. Made from a combination of Damascus and Cobalt ATS314 for a sublime cutting feel and unparalleled sharpness. Each pair has been tagged with an ID number for quality control.
