OSAKA 640 XL Thinning Scissors

OSAKA 640 XL Thinning Scissors, 6.5 inch thinning scissors with 40 teeth with double finger rests and a symmetric design, making it reversible, the super fine teeth give a smooth cut every use. Despite being bigger than the original OSAKA 640 the XL removes less volume for an overall more natural finish. Central screw has been upgraded to a ball bearing system for a consistently smoother cutting action.

Cuts at 15% cut rate which makes it ideal for blending hair.
